I'm helping out with disambiguating Text

I disambiguated Multiverse, Particle, Filter, and helped disambiguate Charity, Media, and Slovak, which included modifying some user pages and talk pages. If you feel any of those edits were in error, please let me know and feel free to change them (of course I'd prefer that any changes don't get sent back to the ambiguous page).
I've also contributed a few images, and I'm planning on adding more at some point in the future. If anybody wants to request images, I have a decent collection from the western half of the United States, as well as from the New Hampshire/Vermont area, and also some from central Slovakia.
