Mazin Elfadil Elsadig (born September 2, 1987 in Cookesville, Illinois) is an American actor. He had a role in the Disney Channel Original Movie, Jump In!. He later guest starred in a couple of Season 6 episodes of Degrassi: The Next Generation as Damian Hayes, and joined the cast in the seventh season.
Prior to attending the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City, he graduated from Vaughan Road Academy where he was his class' valedictorian, with a very memorable speech touting the real life behind the scenes at VRA.
He, along with Daniel Clark, of Chicago, are just two of the stars of Degrassi that come from the United States, not Cananda where the majority of the cast hail from.
