[edit] Footbridge from Lansdowne Road

I know Lansdowne Road station quite well - to the best of my knowledge, it hasn't had a footbridge in my lifetime - there is an underpass, but no footbridge. Autarch 17:46, 2 November 2007 (UTC)

You are definitely thinking about somewhere else! No underpass at Landsdowne Rd Station. Sarah777 00:54, 3 November 2007 (UTC))
Just noticed this page is about Maynooth station - maybe that is where you are talking about? Never been. (Sarah777 00:56, 3 November 2007 (UTC))
The last edit of the article included this line: "The footbridge came from Lansdowne Road railway station". I doubt that's possible given the lack of a footbridge at Lansdowne Road. The edit may have been a result of misremembering or done in good faith on based on faulty information, but I wanted to give the person responsible for the change a chance to have their say. Maybe not...there was a footbridge in Landsdowne at one stage and it was removed when they electrified the line....never realised it was moved to Maynooth! (Sarah777 01:20, 4 November 2007 (UTC))
That would explain it - I've mainly used the station was after the DART was introduced - post-electrification! Autarch 16:26, 5 November 2007 (UTC)

The original information came from this page [1] but as I cannot confirm it I have now removed the reference from the Maynooth page. Eve114 10:52, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
