I think I've made a reasonable first pass, especially summarizing why MEGS is noteworthy (the exponential measurement table). It could probably use some summary of other systems. In particular, it could probably use some dicussionf of the DC Heroes/Blood of Heroes interesting 3x3 table of stats along with the Action and Result tables.
