i bijen thokchom son of sonamani resident of mayang imphal thana leikai, when i go through the website of mayang imphal i know that my place has a short literacy rate which is only 56% which is under national literacy rate 59.5% so why this happen as a survey of my studies i know that the place which under mayang imphal kendra are very far from the city and i know that thier is lack of good edution institution in mayang imphal. most probably under this krendra most of the places are village except the place which cover under M.I muynoicipality council and those people earn their lives by farmiong and fishing. so their is a problem for those people for the study of about their children. and one thing is that our place is most of he underdevaloped place among the place of manipur why is it...........................?
