Mayport Middle's sports include Football, Girls Basketball, Volleyball, girls/boys soccer, and many P.E. sports/games. There football team is, of course, the Mayport Sharks.

The Schedule is 9:15-4:15 with each class 53 minutes except for lunch which is 2 hours. Also, after the bell rings you have 4 minutes to go to your locker, get your stuff, and get to class. On Early Release, which is every other Wednesday, each class is 38 minutes and lunch is 2 hours because it is required to give children at least 30 minutes.
