Mayilamma

Mayilamma (???? - 2007) was a renowned Indian social activist. She was the central figure of the struggle against the over-exploitation by Coca-Cola of groundwater in Plachimada in the district Palakkad, Kerala, from 2002 till her death.[1] She had won many awards including the Speak Out award of Outlook.
