Mayflower Secondary School is one of the secondary schools in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore. It was founded in 1981. The school has since grown and established itself to become one of the more popular schools in the Ang Mo Kio neighbourhood.
The school provides different CCAs for its students and provide leadership camps for its students. Many activities and programs were planned for every student. The school also plans extra programs in the schools by inviting outsiders to perform for the students.
The school is also niches in Performing Arts like Band, Chinese Orchestra(Chinese Instrument Orchestra) and Choir in the Singapore Youth Festival(SYF).
In 2007, the school embarked on a program "Project Cool Running" so as to help raise funds to equip the school hall with air-conditioning. This program is organised by the Kebun Baru Community Club and the school to also help to upgrade the 22-year-old building(CC) to meet the rising aspirations of the people.
A funfair, "Project Cool Running cum Kebun Baru Family Day 2007", will held at the Bishan Park II on 22nd July with Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. This is where the money donated at the funfair will also be donated to the project.

Mayflower Secondary School started functioning in 1981 with Mr Wan Hussein as the pioneering principal. The year on 15 July 1983, the school held its official opening officiated by Mr Lim Boon Heng, the then Member of Parliament for Kebun Baru. The school was built at a cost of $5.46 million and covers 2.7 hectares of land.

Lee Chee Kheng, 15, emerged as the Top Specialist in the NCC Specialist Course Phrase 1 2006. Out of 261, he saw past all his fellow platoons mates and receive the great honour.
Goh Fu Kuan(吴福宽), 16, went through the Top 20s of Campus SuperStar II. He was eliminated on 30 June 2007, at the Quarter Final 3A round.
