Mayfield High School located on Pedley Road in Barking and Dagenham, London. The headteacher, Andy Rehling, is the former Seven Kings High School Deputy Head. Mayfield includes a Sixth Form Block and a Field.

There are 8 forms in Year group, from Years 7 to 11. There are around 30 pupils in each class.
