The Mayfair Theatre, Dunedin, New Zealand, was opened on December 8, 1914 as the "King Edward Picture Theatre". It is currently owned by the Dunedin Opera Company Inc, and operates as a 400 seat venue for live performances by a number of local community groups, as well as occasional touring productions.
The theatre is located in King Edward Street, South Dunedin, close to the road intersection known as Cargill's Corner.
