Maybach Mb.IVa

The Maybach Mb.IVa was a six-cylinder, water-cooled, inline aircraft engine developed in Germany during World War I originally to power airships and large aircraft, with high-altitude performance specifically in mind. It had three different carburettor settings, each optimised for performance at different altitudes and developed 180 kW (245 hp).
