May & Baker FC

May & Baker Football Club or May & Baker Sports and Social Club is part of the Sonafi Aventis Medical Facility which is situated in Dagenham, Essex. The sports club is well known for its football teams and excellent facilities. However it is also well represented at rugby and cricket. The football section has a total 7 teams. Three teams on Saturdays, and four teams on Sundays. The Saturday first and reserve teams both play in the Essex Olympian Football League, with teams such as Frenford FC and Manford Way, while the third team play in the Romford & District Football League. On Sundays both the first and reserve teams play in the Essex Corinthian Football League. There is a youth team and veterans team who also play on Sundays. The latter finishing runners-up in the National Umbro over 45's Cup, which was held at Nottingham Forests' City Ground.
