[edit] FANTASY?

Should this movie be classified as a Fantasy Film Stub? It's Science Fiction, not Fantasy, and if you want to be technical, it's considered Cerebral Science Fiction I don't know how to change this, so can someone? Bryse 18:18, 24 June 2007 (UTC)

I think it fits both genres, although I have only read halfway through the first book yet, it has fantasy elements such as angels saving the world (from werewolves in the first book at the very least), people with various superpowers, like Angel's mind-reading... However, I do see the science involved, with the School, the whitecoats, and all. I guess science-fantasy would be a best grouping for the series. GodShiru 00:28, 27 June 2007 (UTC)
Yes, GodShiru, but the 'angels' and 'werewolves' were scientifically made, and Angel's mind-reading was also scientifically put into hey. Guest, 28 June 2007
Indeed, but science fantasy is a subgenre of fantasy that is meant to render supernatural events or creatures in a scientific way. To quote the science fantasy article: "science fiction makes the implausible possible, while science fantasy makes the impossible plausible." It also contains elements of Urban Fantasy, fantasy set in, well, an urban setting. Which would make the genre of Urban Science Fantasy. GodShiru 14:54, 30 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Sources

Can we please have some sources for titles and such like before adding it to the article. I have therefore removed the "night flight" idea, as there is no source. — Movie Junkie 14:14, 30 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] REALEASE DATE!!

Okay, Variety.com[1] has stated an expected release date, but Sony, and Columbia pictures (bottom of Article), are both stated. Can I put Sony or Columbia Pictures in the infobox?

[edit] Amy as Max

Seeing as the film has been moved to a later date, she may in fact be too old by the time filming commences, so it is all possible that we see a change in the casting. — MovieJunkie Talk! 08:42, 10 August 2007 (UTC)

Amy Rose isn't on IMDB anymore, I'm removing the sentence.Bryse 19:11, 16 August 2007 (UTC)

I'm dissapointed by that too. Either way, I hope they don't screw it with it. That would suck if they messed with the story like whoever made Eragon did. (Nyctra 09:07, 3 October 2007 (UTC))
