One obit said he died in a New York hospital, not at home

Source for saying death is Wednesday - http://www.heraldtribune.com/article/20070816/BREAKING05/70816023 which says:

The self-taught musical prodigy died Wednesday night at an undisclosed hospital in Manhattan, said Cem Kurosman, spokesman for Blue Note Records, one of Roach's labels. No additional details were available, he said. Jtbagwelljr 14:45, 17 August 2007 (UTC)
