Maxim Rodshtein

Maxim Rodshtein (born 19 January 1989 in Leningrad) is an Israeli chess Grandmaster (since 2006).
As of October 2007, his Elo rating was 2615, making him the # 6 player in Israel and the 132nd-highest rated player in the world. It was his peak rating so far.
Rodshtein won the 25th Andorra International Open (30 June – 8 July 2007) in a three-way tie for first in a field of 101 players.[1]
Rodshtein has twice won 2nd place in the European Youth Championship.[citation needed]
He won the World U-16 championship in Greece in 2004.[2]
