Max Lane (born February 22, 1971) is a former NFL tackle who played seven seasons in the NFL from 1994-2000. He started in Super Bowl XXXI for the New England Patriots.
Reggie White got past Lane to record 3 sacks during Super Bowl XXXI.
Set an NFL record in 1997 with 12 false starts in one quarter. He later broke his own record the next year, when he was flagged 15 times, including seven times on one drive.
