Max John Rodrigues

Max John Rodrigues was born in Karachi, Pakistan on 29 May 1938 to parents of Goan origin. He received his religious training at the Christ the King seminary in Karachi and was ordained a priest on 6 Jan 1966. Among his many appointments he served as Assistant Parish Priest of St Francis’ Parish, Karachi and Principal of St Paul’s High School. On 3 December 1999 he was appointed Bishop of Hyderabad by Pope John Paul II. He was ordained Bishop on 25 Mar 2000.
