The character had the same name, but it is not accurate to say that he played himself. It is unlikely that any of the events purportedly experienced by the character - either on Voyager or at Woodstock - actually happened to the actor.--Jeffro77 11:47, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

It's just a term for when an actor plays someone with his own name. You might as well say that for all the other "played as themselves" there are in film.Dusk Raven (talk) 01:02, 11 June 2008 (UTC)
