Wtf? Do fictional characters in video games really need their own wikipedia article? I thought this was supposed to be an encyclopedia?

I have to agree. As entertaining as the character was, he doesn't deserve a separate entry in Wikipedia. Merge with his listing under "Vice City characters." Do the same for Claude Speed while we're at it. - AWF
