Maurice Dupras

Maurice Dupras (born September 13, 1923 in Saint-Jérôme, Quebec) was a Liberal party member of the Canadian House of Commons. He was a businessman and insurance broker by career.
He won election at the Labelle electoral district in a November 1970 by-election and was re-elected there in the 1972, 1974, 1979 and 1980 federal elections. He left national politics after serving the latter part of the 28th Parliament, then for consecutive terms from the 29th through 32nd Canadian Parliaments and did not campaign in the 1984 election.
