Maureen "Moe" Shea (b. January 11, 1981) is a female, Super Featherweight professional boxer with a record of 12 wins with 6 knockouts and 0 losses. Shea is known as the "Real Million Dollar Baby" because of her work as the main sparring partner for Hilary Swank in her preparation for the 2004 movie, Million Dollar Baby.

Shea was born, raised and remains living in The Bronx, New York. She is the daughter of a Irish-American New York Police Detective, now retired, and her airline executive mother of Mexican heritage.

Shea was originally trained by Luigi Olcese out of New York Boxing Gym. He is now her manager and he remains in her corner with future Hall of Fame chief trainer Hector Roca out of Gleason's Gym.
Shea's business adviser is Harrin Platzner, a real estate developer and long time boxing manager and promoter. Her publicist is Amy Green. Shea, a vegan, is provided nutritional guidance by nutritionist and strength & conditioning coach Robert Ferguson.

Shea continues to campaign as a Featherweight and is ranked in the top 10 by all of the sanctioning organizations. Shea currently has a televised segment called Shea's Corner on Bronxnet Television. She has commentated on televised boxing bouts as well as having been featured nationally and internationally on television and in magazines. Shea is fluent in English as well as Spanish.
