It was named after Maud, the head of the family business at that time. Today, Mauds Ice Cream is made in a new production facility.[4]Two of its most popular flavours are Poor Bear (honeycomb and vanilla) and Belgian Chocolate (fine milk chocolate slivers in vanilla).
