Mau Aima is a town and a nagar panchayat in Allahabad district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.

As of 2001 India census[1], Mau Aima had a population of 17,962. Males constitute 52% of the population and females 48%. Mau Aima has an average literacy rate of 61%, higher than the national average of 59.5%: male literacy is 68%, and female literacy is 54%. In Mau Aima, 18% of the population is under 6 years of age.
