Hi, please review WP:COPYREQ before you attempt to upload other people's images to Wikipedia based on them having given you permission to do so. Thanks! -- But|seriously|folks 17:23, 28 July 2007 (UTC)

- Hi, I had a good look around but couldn't find the best way to tag it. I asked the person who took it if I could use it on the wikipedia article which he said was fine and I selected 'The author gave me permission to use this image' on the selection box so I'm not sure the best way to tag it after that. If you can assist me in tagging it correctly it'd be much appreciated. Mattgibbins 17:47, 28 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use disputed for Image:DarrenBent.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:DarrenBent.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Crassic 02:55, 16 August 2007 (UTC)
