It's sad that he died, why was he so tall with a funny face, was there a syndrome?

If he had gigantism then I can say that people who have that often, though by no means always, have worse health problems then those with most of the forms of dwarfism. I can't entirely explain all of that, I think it's the pituitary problems involved, but many of them die young. Although it should be noted that there are cases of people nearly as tall as Matthew McGrory who did not have gigantism. I'm thinking he did have it though. Really tall people without it rarely die of natural causes that young or have those kinds of features. Also he is placed in the category.--T. Anthony 15:40, 9 December 2005 (UTC)

His IMDB biography states that he worked as a bouncer at a bar in his hometown of West Chester, Pennsylvania. - User:Flummery 16:54, 3 March 2006

At the time that Matt worked there, it was called Alibi's. The name was later changed to 15 North.

[edit] Matthew's passing was from natural causes

Did he die from his "hormonal condition known as acromegaly", or was it some other natural cause that made him die at such a young age? JayKeaton 04:31, 15 November 2006 (UTC)

How do you die from natural causes at 32? Harvey100 14:51, 21 January 2007 (UTC)

According to Find a Grave, it was his height —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 209.244.187.107 (talk) 18:20, August 22, 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Why did his head lean like that?

I'm surprised this isn't addressed in the article. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 75.32.120.107 (talk) 20:24, 1 April 2007 (UTC).
