[edit] Based on Sorkin
I put a citation needed tag next to this statement: "He is believed to have been based on Sorkin himself." Eenu replaced it, saying it was already cited, but it's not. The only cite in the article is the NYT piece I put in, which confirms that Harriet Hayes is based on Chenoweth, whom Sorkin once dated. I don't see anywhere in the NYT article that says Albie is based on Sorkin; if anything, it suggests that Danny is based on Sorkin (regarding the cocaine relapse). The NYT article does discuss Sorkin's writing habits, which we may take along with the Chenoweth inspiration to infer that Albie is based Sorkin himself, but that would be original research. And that is why I'm re-adding the tag.
Also, does anyone remember which episode it was that he was described as "East Coast liberal Jewish atheist"? I remember it happening, but not which episode. We should attribute that appropriately. Schi 23:46, 3 November 2006 (UTC)
The episode, I believe, was The West Coast Delay. ShoeMoneyTonight 07:38, 7 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] True fancruft ...
It's interesting in a fancrufty way to note that the framed poster near the countdown clock in Albie's office is a cover from Life magazine that is in use in a couple of other articles. Fair use rules probably do not permit its use in the character bio but I figured I'd mention it here. 68.167.252.116 12:45, 8 June 2007 (UTC).
