[edit] Matsui
My comment about General Matsui being a war criminal, who was hanged for his part in the Rape of Nanking, was deleted as irrelevant. All I can say is that I have never bought any Matsui products any more than I would buy something called "Eichmann", "Hitler", "Goebbels" etc. The name "Matsui" might have been chosen because of ignorance by Dixons staff originally but it does seems incredibly bad taste to have such poor choice of a fictitious name. I think the background of the name is very relevant. --jmb 13:55, 15 July 2006 (UTC)

- I notice a similar reference has been deleted again. It might be a common Japanese name but I think it is still relevant. Is the Matsui or DSG PR department at work trying to remove any mention of this? --jmb 08:51, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Matsui.gif
Image:Matsui.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 04:37, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
The logo needs updating anyway, the current one is the word written in Bank Gothic typeface. Digifiend 09:28, 18 July 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Logik
Currys also sell Logik as an own-brandname. This deserves its own article or section. 217.42.53.44 (talk) 20:05, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
