From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Matty's Funday Funnies aired from 1959-1962, and originally featured old Famous Studios cartoons starring Casper the Friendly Ghost and others. "Matty" referred to Matty Mattel, the boy mascot for Mattel Toy Company, the show's original sponsor.
In January 1962, the program was retitled Matty's Funday Funnies with Beany and Cecil, featuring Bob Clampett's Beany and Cecil.
