Matthew Ryan (rugby league)

Matthew Ryan is an Australian former rugby league footballer who played most of his career with the Canterbury Bulldogs (1991 to 1998). Usually playing at centre or wing, Ryan was the 1997 Super League season's top try-scorer. He also played for New South Wales in the Super League Tri-series, scoring a try, as well as the North Queensland Cowboys.
