Matthew Restall

Matthew Restall (b. 17 March 1964) is an ethnohistorian and Associate Professor of Latin American History and Women's Studies and Director of Latin American Studies at Pennsylvania State University.
Restall's publications include The Maya World: Yucatec Culture and Society, 1550-1850 (1997), Maya Conquistador (1998), and Seven Myths of the Spanish Conquest (2003).
