Matthew Elias

Matt Elias (born 25 April 1979 in Cardiff) is a Welsh athlete who specialises in the 400 metres sprint and represents Great Britain. In 2003 he won a gold medal at the European Championships and at the Olympic Games in Athens he finished 5th in the 4x400m relay.
