Matthew Zunic (December 19, 1919 - December 15, 2006[1]) was an American basketball player. A 6'3" guard, he played one season (1948-49) in the Basketball Association of America, a precursor to the NBA. He averaged 4.9 points per game for the Washington Capitols. He later coached at Boston University and the University of Massachusetts. He played college basketball at the George Washington University.[2]
