Matthew Anthony Willis (born April 13, 1984 in Dallas, Texas) is an American football wide receiver for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League. He was originally signed by the Ravens as an undrafted free agent in 2007. He played college football at UCLA.

Willis attended Servite High School in California.

Willis played college football at UCLA and during his career there, he made 21 appearances with 24 receptions for 248 yards and three touchdowns. He majored in sociology.

Willis was signed by the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted rookie free agent on May 4 2007. In his rookie year, he played in five games making one reception for 11 yards, he also spent some time on defense making one tackle.[1]
