Matt O'Brien (born March 23, 1985) was born and raised in London, Ontario, Canada where he graduated from Catholic Central Highschool and moved to Peterborough Ontario. From there he moved to Oshawa where he graduated from Durham College[1] with a Diploma in Broadcast Journalism.

It was in College where O'Brien first preformed at Yuk Yuk's Toronto in the summer of 2006 as a Comedian.

He has since preformed at clubs across the greater Toronto area, was a juror on Muchmusics "Barely Legal" episode of Video on Trial[2], a semi-finalist in Q107's funniest person with a day job 2007, a contestant in the Yuk Yuk's Great Canadian Laugh Off in 2008, and preformed on MTV Canada on The Hills Aftershow and MTV LIVE.

Along with comedy he was an award winning sports writer for The Chronicle newspaper[3], and also a videographer and anchor for DC News in Oshawa where he interviewed artists like ill scarlett, Randy and Mr.Lahey from the Trailer Park Boys, and Hollywood stunt woman Alex Madison[4] to name a few.

O'Brien has also been a regular concert MC around the Durham Region, and was the host of Bandwarz 2008[5] on Rogers Television Durham.

Currently he is living in Toronto, Ontario.
