Matt Lebofsky

Matt Lebofsky is an Oakland, California based multi-instrumentalist and composer. He is a main member of the Immersion Composition Society Origin Lodge, toured nationally in 2006 with Faun Fables and Fuzzy Cousins, and is currently active in several other bands such as Three Piece Combo, Research & Development, Midline Errors and JOB. He started Free Music Guy as a repository for many of his recorded works, all of which is freely available.

Matt is also a computer programmer, webmaster, and database/systems administrator, and has been a core member of the small staff developing/maintaining the world's largest distributed computing project SETI@home (located at the University of California at Berkeley's Space Sciences Laboratory) since 1997.
