Matrix Software is a Japanese video game company founded in 1994. It was founded and comprises members of Climax Entertainment and Telenet Japan.
Matrix Software is best known for the 1997 2D Sony PlayStation Action Adventure known as Alundra, as well as the remake of Final Fantasy III for the Nintendo DS. Their most recent project is the recently released DS remake of Final Fantasy IV.
