Matato'a

Matato'a is a musical group from the Easter Island. Its style combines local folk music with Western popular music. The band was founded in 1996. It has released five albums. The lyrics of the band are generally in the local Rapa Nui language.
In Easter Island History the Matatoa were warriors.
