I noticed that you had cut and paste some of the reasons/'edits from the user' for your voting into the talk page of the rfa. Certainly that might help others to see where you are coming from. I have pretty high standards too, i don't think you should water them down due to peer pressure. I have told others before, when adminship is not a big deal, such that RfA's are gone and only blatant vandals don't get the tools, then I will relax my standards. Until then, i view the admins as representatives of the wikipedia. To avoid ridicule the encylopedia could use knowledgable people, not just good hearted people. For the same reason i will even vote against knowledgable people who are cronically uncivil. David D. (Talk) 06:49, 19 August 2006 (UTC)
