[edit] Organized list

How long are we going to list the known cards in a single sentance? Perhaps we should start an organized list in its own section. Sirconnorstack 14:07, 27 July 2007 (UTC)

Until I can come up with links for the cards for a "notable cards" section. We've had nazis on other expansion pages that want to vandalize such lists, so finding decent links that prove the mentioned cards are notable will be needed. Besides, this is the first week, so having five works. However, there is no doubtful that in two weeks having fifteen cards would be ridiculous.--Bedford 22:43, 27 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] It is to feature 195 cards printed before Mirage,

Today's preview card from WOTC is Giant Mantis - so the "printed before Mirage" statement is incorrect. --Mjrmtg 01:45, 21 August 2007 (UTC)

They stopped making the COTD the Masters preview, which they said if you look closely.--Bedford 02:29, 21 August 2007 (UTC)
I just noticed that - my mistake. --Mjrmtg 11:14, 21 August 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:MOL ME Common.jpg

Image:MOL ME Common.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] Expansion symbol

Was the deleted image above an expansion symbol? Whether it was or not, I think the expansion symbol for Masters Edition should be included on this page, and also on Magic:_The_Gathering_sets. That page claims that Masters Edition cards don't have an expansion symbol in their MTGO incarnations, which may be true; but the expansion symbol is visible on Gatherer. For example, on the Gatherer page for Vesuvan Doppelganger, the leftmost "Printings:" icon is the Masters Edition rare symbol; the leftmost "Printings" icon for each card on the full list of Masters Edition cards is the appropriate Masters Edition expansion symbol for common, uncommon or rare. These symbols should be added to Wikipedia and to the entry on Magic:_The_Gathering_sets. --AlexChurchill (talk) 10:13, 24 April 2008 (UTC)
