[edit] Doctorate

A doctorate degree in urban planning does not qualify one for certification as an urban planner in most jurisdictions.

Is this correct? A doctorate can't be used, but a masters can? Or am I misreading it? Thanks! Michael 134.84.96.142 (talk) 22:32, 13 April 2008 (UTC)
