Regarding the "trivia," I don't doubt that highway signs show distances to the State House, but isn't it the case that highway signs generally show the distance to the center of a city and not the city limits? That would make the Boston signs the rule rather than the exception.

The article is missing a considerable amount of history about the previous capital, the commissioning of the current building, and the subsequent expansion. -- Beland 01:27, 7 June 2007 (UTC)
