[edit] Emmy/Golden-Globe Award

I don't see anywhere that it says Masi Oka IS a Golden-Globe or Emmy Award winner. He was nominated, but did not win. Someone please fix that. Sstrieu 06:13, 17 September 2007 (UTC)

"someone please fix that?" Oh My God, fix it yourslf! (thats what i call LAZY) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.142.209.89 (talk) 13:22, 22 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Balls of Fury

Is this "his" new movie? Or is he merely in it?

got rid of "minor in theater arts"---- you can't minor in anything at Brown.

[edit] Time Magazine

Appearance on Conan Tuesday, Nov 21 2006. Showed Masi on the cover of a Time Magazine when he was a child. The article was about Whiz Asian-American kids? Anyone know which issue this is? --Jdeviant 06:23, 21 November 2006 (UTC)

this one! Siyavash 13:39, 23 November 2006 (UTC)

offical time magazine cover link if someone wants to embed it in the article: http://www.time.com/time/covers/0,16641,19870831,00.html

[edit] Need help citing source

Where does it say in the third citation (http://www.cs.brown.edu/news/2006/0929.Heroes.html) that he has a 180 IQ? It doesn't. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 212.179.109.126 (talk) 16:58, 29 October 2007 (UTC)

I added Masi Oka's Kendo rank of shodan (1st degree black belt) in the article, but I don't know how to cite it. I got the information from this interview. I don't know how to cite this properly. Any help is appreciated; thanks! Siyavash 14:37, 10 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Relevance?

Most of the information in "Interests" is completely useless. He plays warcraft, collects manga and watches romantic comedies? Wow! How useful information! It's also not cited.

I totally disagree - it gives the viewer an insight into their character. I thought this information was very relevant. --Wendy is here 15:16, 19 July 2007 (UTC)

Don't know where to add this but I strongly suspect he is the voice behind one of the characters in "Furi kuri" (aka FLCL or Fooly Cooly) - check episode 2 (Japanese original version) around 11:45 into the episode - the guy with the big glasses - that has to be his voice. I haven't been able to verify though - anyone? Thomas 11:25, 18 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Japanese name?

So what's his name in kanji?

[edit] Elementary/Middle School

Why doesn't this article state which Elementary/Middle school he went to, I'm pretty sure the people who go to that school would LOVE the recognition from this article. --Iluvmesodou 09:01, 15 August 2007 (UTC) There is absolutely, positively no reason why I'm mentioning this...

[edit] appearance on TV talk shows should not be included.

TV talk shows, such as Tonight Show and The Ellen Degeneres Show, are not considered filmography. Besides, other actors' pages do not include them. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.243.92.232 (talk) 04:17, 25 April 2008 (UTC)
