Masuri

Masuri (Urdu: مسوری) is a clan of Baloch tribe Bugti (Urdu: بگتی) and is settled in Balochistan, Sindh and Punjab provinces of Pakistan.

The Masuri or Masori tribe is one of the most prominent tribes of Bugtis living in the area of Phelawagh, Qalandri, Baker, Baglar, and sham Kalchas area.Their number is estimated to be around 50,000 people. The Masori Tribe consists of three tribes which are interdependent and competitive against one another at the same time. The Nohkani, The Jafferani, and The Bakhshwani are the three tribes that make up Masori Tribe. Among these tribes, Jaffrani is the most prominent of all.The most influentail cheftians of Masori tribe are Mir Ghulam Qadir Bugti[1], Mir Jan Muhhamad Bugti, Mir sarfraz Ahmed Bugti
