Master of Science in Taxation

The Master of Science in Taxation (MST) is a professional graduate degree (Master's degree) specifically designed for Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and other tax professionals.
An MST program typically includes, at a minimum, courses in the following subject areas: Estate and Gift Taxation and Planning; Income Taxation of Individuals; Income Taxation of Estates and Trusts; International Taxation; IRS Practice and Procedure; Tax Aspects of Organizing and Operating Corporations and Other Business Entities; Tax Aspects of Corporate Reorganizations; Tax Fraud and Evasion; Tax Research Techniques; Taxation of Partnerships; Taxation of Real Estate; et al.
