Master and Servant Act 1889

The Master and Servant Act 1889 (52 & 53 Vict.) c.24, was an Act drawn up to repeal certain statutes relating to Master and Servants in particular in the Manufacturing sphere, which have ceased to be put into force or have become unnecessary by the enactment of subsequent statutes.

The schedule of the Act was repealed by 1908 (8Edw. 7) c.49.
