Masson is a French publisher specialised in scientific collections.
Maason is known to have issued a hoax book about a newly discovered genus called Rhinogradentia written by Gerolf Steiner.
In 1987, Masson purchased Armand Colin. In turn, it became part of the City Group (Groupe de la Cité) in 1994.
