Massimo Cellino

Massimo Cellino (born 1956 in Cagliari) is an Italian entrepreneur and football club owner.

He is the current chairman of Cagliari Calcio after the 1992 takeover from the OrrĂ¹ brothers, who were the previous club owners. He also currently serves as Lega Calcio vice-president.

During his years as Cagliari owner, Cellino was instrumental in the building of Cagliari Calcio's sports centre in Assemini, near Cagliari, named after his father Ercole.

He currently lives in Miami, Florida.
