Massalengo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Lodi in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 25 km southeast of Milan and about 8 km west of Lodi. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,320 and an area of 8.5 km².[1]
Massalengo borders the following municipalities: San Martino in Strada, Cornegliano Laudense, Pieve Fissiraga, Ossago Lodigiano, Villanova del Sillaro.
