Route 62 is an east-west state highway in Massachusetts. From its western terminus at Route 32 and Route 122 in Barre, Route 62 runs east through the following towns:
- Hubbardston
- Princeton
- Sterling (sharing roadway with Route 12)
- Lancaster
- Clinton (sharing roadway with Route 70 and Route 110)
- Berlin
- Hudson
- Stow (sharing roadway with Route 117)
- Maynard (sharing roadway with Route 117)
- Acton (for less than 0.5 miles)
- Concord
- Bedford (sharing roadway with Route 4 and Route 225)
- Burlington (sharing roadway with Route 3A)
- Wilmington
- North Reading (sharing a small section of roadway with Route 28)
- Middleton (sharing a small section of roadway with Route 114 in a wrong-way concurrency.)
- Danvers
- Beverly, terminating at Route 127
Route 62 crosses the following U.S. Highways:
- U.S. Highway 3 in Burlington (exit 26).
- US 1 in Danvers.
Route 62 crosses the following Interstate highways:
- Interstate 190 in Sterling (no direct interchange, though accessible from exit 6).
- Interstate 495 in Berlin (exit 26).
- Interstate 93 in Wilmington (exit 40).
- Interstate 95 in Danvers (exit 49).
Route 62 crosses Route 128 in Danvers (exit 22). It also surpasses the HQ of MEMA, located on the western side of Danvers.
