Route 35 is a State Route running through the towns of Danvers and Salem in northeastern Massachusetts.

Route 35 starts off running southwest for the first half mile as Valley Road in Topsfield and Wenham. It then becomes Locust Street and runs south into Danvers passing the Salem and Beverly Reservoir on the way. In Danvers, the road starts running southeast and becomes High Street. It runs as High Street for about a half mile and passes Route 128 before becoming Water Street. The name changes once more to Margin Street before ending at Route 114 in Salem.
